Freedom House

We are thrilled to see how God is working through us and Shoreline Vineyard Church. – Ghita Ignak

Freedom House is a ministry that serves two groups: Those who are released from prison and need to get back into society, and those who have “aged out” of the orphanage system and are pushed out of their homes. Both groups are vulnerable to winding up in the prison system if they do not get help. Freedom House is about providing the help to give former prisoners a second chance and to care for orphans that never got to be adopted into families.

They are currently in the process of renovating a 40-bed transitional facility called Freedom House. This center houses formerly incarcerated men for a 1-year program to empower them to reintegrate into society and gainful employment. The program revolves around Bible study, prayer, training, and working in the adjacent factory.
