There is one common thread that goes throughout the Bible, and especially Jesus’ teachings and examples; that relationships are critical. Relationships with God, and relationships with each other. The church exists to promote both. However, those relationships also need to include those who have not yet embraced a walk with Christ. And here is the best part – if we are doing it right, it should be something we enjoy doing! 2 Timothy 1:7 says that, “The Holy Spirit, God’s gift, does not want you to be afraid of people, but to be wise and strong, and to love them and enjoy being with them.” That’s more good news!
